2. Service Overview

UrbanMeadowSun offers elite yacht charter services, which include but are not restricted to:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

Service availability is contingent on various factors, and we may alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To schedule a charter, the following requirements must be met:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Provision of valid and complete details
• Remittance of the stipulated deposit as indicated in your booking agreement
• Acquiescence to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and our written approval is issued. We retain the discretion to decline service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability hinges on vessel readiness and favorable meteorological conditions. We will attempt to accommodate your preferred scheduling to the best of our capacity.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are specified in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Price structures are subject to alterations without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost payable upon booking
• Final Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
• Incidental charges (if any): Due after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment processing utilizes secure, encrypted methodologies.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Entire refund minus transactional charges
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50% of the total cost
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case our captain classifies the weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose either:

• Scheduling a new charter date at no extra fee
• Issuing a complete refund if rescheduling is infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical difficulties with the assigned boat, we will make efforts to supply an appropriate substitute. If this is not attainable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are mandated to:

• Adhere to all directions given by the crew
• Utilize safety gear when demanded
• Declare any health conditions that could influence their safety
• Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on board:

• Glassware
• Illicit substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages
• Pets (except with prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

All passengers are expected to exhibit respectful behavior. We hold the right to conclude a charter prematurely without offering a refund if the conduct of any passenger constitutes a threat to safety or disrupts the experience for other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability in connection with any charter is restricted to the fare paid. We are not accountable for:

• Bodily injuries resulting from the negligence of passengers
• Damage or loss of personal belongings
• Indirect, punitive, or consequential damages
• Delays caused due to weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is carried to cover our fleet and operations. Passengers bear the responsibility for their private travel and personal insurance policies.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our charter services indicates an acknowledgment of the intrinsic dangers associated with marine undertakings, and you take on the responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We maintain the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules subject to meteorological considerations, safety necessities, or operational exigencies. We will aim to deliver comparable alternative endeavors whenever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Our responsibilities do not extend to delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by factors outside our control, inclusive of but not constrained to:

• Extreme weather phenomena
• Natural calamities
• Regulatory edicts
• Harbor closures
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private information is managed in adherence to our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you agree to the accumulation and utilization of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
