When should I make a reservation?
To secure a spot, it's advised to book 2–3 weeks beforehand, more so during high season (May–September). Giving 4–6 weeks for private events and corporate gatherings ensures more availability and time for bespoke plans.
What's the procedure if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our chief concern. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are not safe, an alternative charter date will be proposed, or a full reimbursement will be provided. We keep a close eye on the weather and will get in touch if the forecast seems dubious 24 hours prior to departure.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, it's permissible to bring personal refreshments. Nonetheless, our customized catering options are extensive, and we can tailor food and drink menus according to your preferences. Note that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed on board.

What terms apply to cancellations?
A full refund is available for cancellations made over 72 hours in advance. Those cancelled between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Should there be a necessity to cancel within 24 hours, the payment is non-refundable, barring weather-related concerns or mechanical failures on our end.
